temp is too high though, its going upto 72c

72 at idle or under load? Try and back your volts down to 1.25 or lower until u bluscreen or freeze up while running real bench

Yeah sorry, it was actually 38 at idle i dunno the first run got my comp excited or smthn , hey instead of pushing the volts lower can i like give 44 or 45 a shot?

Ok im going 1 by 1 , ok 1.27 and 1.28 gave bsods but 1.29 just restarted the comp , should i go somewhere between 1.28 and 1.29?

Yup ill do that, ill go sleep now its 2 am and thanks a ton guys, especially outlawII and whiskers u guy helped me out so much this is the best forum ive experienced so far , again thanks to everyone who helped me and also to TTL who has the best site, keep rocking everybody!

ill be viewing this guide myself. I did a quick trial and error and got 4.5 ghz on 1.2 volts on a whim with temps around 60. curious to see how you make out

Silicon lottery. Some CPU need a stupid amount of volts to get to 4.5.

My 3570k needed 1.3 just to get 4.4Ghz. I'd say be happy with what you managed. Temperature should be decent with 1.27 @ 4.4.
