hi. i will soon be in the position to go full wet. i currently have the shinobi with the d14. my father wants me to build him a full system using my shinobi and my d14, and he is giving me about £700 to rebuild my system, so i need some case advice for this. i would like to only have 1 rad, and i want it to have a very large window. i would prefer to not fuck up a case with a dremmel, i was thinking about the switch 810, but with only being able to fit a thin rad in the roof im having second thoughts. any ideas?

also. what kind of wc setup would be needed for my current rig?

assuming i get the budget is have been assured of, i wouldn't want to spend much over £200 on the case. due to my desk layout i want a 'standard' case. (window on the left side) i dont like vulgar designs like the haf-x. i like em nice and sleek.

I'd suggest one of the following cases:

- Corsair Obsidian 650D
- Silerstone Raven RV03 (not very WC friendly, but you can go the creative route :))
- CM Storm Stryker (not sure if you'll like the looks though)
- Corsair Graphite 600T
- Like you mentioned, NZXT Switch 810

Though you won't really be able to fit a thick rad in any of them without any modding, I suppose. Just have a look around :p

dont like the 600t. or the skryker, the 650d looks interesting, but only able to run a 240 in the roof. how thick a rad can ya fit in it?
he rvo3 looks nice, but looks a little cramped inside.

i mean the price. i already have the normal shinobi, which i love, but i need something bigger for water cooling. i dont want to go the way ttl did on his shinobi's. rather have a case that supports a 360 rad.

i dont mind cutting plastic, as long as there is enough depth, assuming running pull only. can you fit a thicker rad?

Its a very tight fit, i just measured and there is like 24.75mm of space up there. But i saw in another forum someone havin fans up there.
If you decide to go this way then you have up to 75mm of rad space over your mobo.
