i3 2100 Socket 1155 - MicroATX Motherboard Needed ( Advice )

Evening tech heads, my current project has decided to die after many years of service before being used in a 'mod' now i need to grab a new motherboard to house a spare CPU i have sat here. This CPU is the 1175 i3-2100. I am not looking to spend alot, as it's only for work, and looks.

I have a few prerequisites before i go ahead and slap any old Mobo up:

1155 Socket.
Budget - £25 - £45
Must be Micro-ATX so it fit's inside an xbox 360 chassis
Preferably MSI as i love MSI boards, but will accept any advice from the pro's in here.
Prefer 3x USB 2.0 headers on the board as i use those headers for different purposes. :: USB 1 / Xbox 360 USB Block soldered to USB Head Block, USB2 / H100i line, USB3 / Powers the 2.5 Inch HDD via the original 360 HDD adapter so i can use the original caddy on the shell.

Now before anyone asks WHY that mod / shell and all the rest, 1, because it goes with the BGA work i do for consoles, 2. It's a project, 3. I already have 12gb of DDR3 1333 Ram and an i3 2100 so no need to waste more cash on CPU / RAM when i can just reuse what i have.

Only reason i am upgrading from the AMD x2 230 is Dimm Slot 2 died and don't fancy spending a wedge on an Old DDR2 board for this old AMD 230.
As the picture shows, the brunt of the work is done, bar the fact i will be recutting the final shell and the final chassis to house the intel board.

MSI H61M-P20-G3 was my first choice - as it's a lovely board and well in budget - downside only 2x USB 2.0 Headers internally.

It won't let me upload a picture - or use my Imgur or Photobucket pictures so i have had to use URL. This is what the XPC looks like and needs the intel board to fit hence Micro-ATX

for a start awesome mod :P does the front power button turn on the computer?

also you can get the controller board and wire it into a usb header and have the internal controller bit working :)

for msi maybe this?

if you went for ASrock you could get an all black one white i personally think looks better than the blue on the MSI

Hehe, why thank you :) Yes the power button turns the PC on, The Power LED is the usual Power LED for 360 and the Ring of Light is the HDD activity part :) I have desoldered the Xbox HDD adapter and Front USB's and wired them to USB headers. Hence why i needed 3 USB 2.0 headers on board but i jumped the gun today as i saw a BARGAIN that needed snapping up!

Yes it misses the 3Rd usb 2.0 header on board. BUT has 2x USB 3.0 ports which would be nice for my External 3.0 drives for easy data transfer.

Thanks for your input, i am going to leave this open, as i have found another i3 2100, that i wouldn't mind doing a mod with a new board ;)
