My congratulations to the OC3D team on it's business affairs. I realise that the last thing your company's agenda may be is money orientated? But of course the site etc needs funding so money has to come into it somewhere. I can really see/hope that the site grows and with TTL as your 'centre forward' i'm sure it will.

My suggestion is as follows:

As someone who has 20+ years in the music industry I know a thing or two about 'supply and demand' and I really enjoy TTL's videos. I realise TTL can make as many videos as he wants on youtube as that's his channel, Youtube is a 'person centred' monster of a website. But TTL videos are directly linked with OC3D,the business. You should limit his exposure so people don't get bored of him. See where i'm coming form here?

TTL is the face of OC3D, you should look after that asset because I don't think these huge companies are giving HIM personally all this gear to play with without having a serious corporate angle on this. He reviews, they hope for better sales. I doubt i'm telling you anything you guys don't know but I now corporate types and how they think. So far i'm amazed at the stuff TTL gets to review lol just amazing.

But from a business angle and in terms of credibility, I think at times there are too many videos and it becomes overkill.

The "Please don't milk TTL" campaign start here.

I only say this with your best interests at heart and I express this opinion from a purely professional/gay/corporate viewpoint. This is THE best place to come for new tech info in the UK in my opinion.

I hope I don't upset anyone if I sound like i'm being out of order.

I really don't agree on this. In my opinion TTL is the reason why OC3D is so amazing. For me,the thing that really sets OC3D apart from other reviewers is the honesty that he shows in his reviews. It's really comforting to know that the reviewer really means it when he reviews sth. Most reviewers will just ignore the negatives sides and tell you whats good/new about the product, but with OC3D you're getting an explanation of the good and the bad, and this way you can also make your own opinion. I also like the fact that TTL is interacting with the community, it shows that he really cares.

I hope this is more or less understandable as I'm having some difficulties getting my point across in english(my 4th language).

I agree with this, but don't forget that even though Tom is the one who does the vids and reviews there are others who make OC3D what it is like Bryan AKA VonBlade who does a lot of the written reviews and there is also Jim the founder of OC3D who I bet also does quite a bit of behind the scenes stuff. And not forgetting the OC3D tea boy AKA Mr.Strawberry

who helps Tom out also, as well as the mods and other Staff.

You're absolutely right. I didnt mean to say that Tom was more important than the other OC3D guys, what I meant to say is that imho Tom is an imporant part of what makes the OC3D reviews and community so enjoyable and i dont see any reason to reduce his presence in OC3D media.

I know mate, I wasn't saying you were saying the others weren't important, I was just speaking in general. I agree with you, there is no need to do less vids or reduce Tom's presence

People like the laid back approach it makes us/them feel like were watching a real review from a real genuine person and not some corporate type trying to promote a product, Tome makes mess ups in his videos and other things but dose not edit them out with in reason and this shows more that he is just like all of us so we feel more comfortable taking his advice than that of others.

And not all the reviews have videos and not all the videos have reviews so I think there is a good balance there, also its not just people from the UK who comes here for advice, people from all over the world, Canada, US, Africa and from Australia including me, OC3D seems to be one the places that feels like it is a site for the whole world not just the country it originates from.

I wish he did more reviews. Not less. He tells it like it is. Great work to the guys on the written reveiws. But sometimes I just want to sit back in my chair and watch a reveiw rather than reading tons of information on a screen.

The more vid reveiws the better. I get Annoyed if Tom hasent done a reveiw on somthing im looking into. And I end up having to listene to "this is a Kick ass product" When it is not at all. Atleast TTL is not afraid to call a spade a spade instead of saying everything is "kick Ass".

It's the human touch and general mate attitude that works for me. Gotta love the 'Best get a cup of tea and some biscuits, it's gonna be a long one' line

Perhaps some more guides would be useful and short cuts to them for new guys. Maybe a weekly or so poll on what people would like reviewed too.

As long as new produscts are coming and the reviews are interesting, we wont get tired of the "hello guys" man on youtube :-)
