I keep getting this error message...what to do ??

Im running XP 64bit and i have started getting the following error message when i try opening either downloads, update files, email attachments, etc.

Is there anything i can do and what is causing it ?

Did you recently clean up in your temporary internet files?

Sorry, i probably should have included it is since i have reloaded the operating system.
