I Just Finished My Database Assignments!!!!

yea...im quite happy about it

all in for friday too - im the first and only complete at the moment (and the only to attempt distinction level - and got it )

quite chuffed lol, its taken ages - we had to build a complete database inc complaints, products, manufacturers, feedback, reports, queries, multiple criteria queries and stuff like that

took us all like a month to even come to terms with normalisation lol...but we got there

just games development to finish now, and iv already built enough of the game...just gotta explain how it all works

i hate them too - explaining how happy i am lol

all iv got to do to finish the year is:

get results back for information systems (should be a distinction after rework)

get web development back and probably rework

get results for event driven programming assignment 1/3

finish games development 2 & 3

all being well - all distinctions i hope

going to reward myself with an asus maximus and a q6600 G0 :yumyum:

They attempted to teach us normalization alongside the use of dBase when I were a lad..

.. I dropped it, got a contract job for the local university hospital, and wrote a db from scratch in C++.

Can`t remember ever thinking about `normalization` during it`s building.. I understand where it`s coming from, but to me there was too much time spent on phaffing about when the job could be done within the same time.
