I broke 19k :D

Well, I finally had a go at it, and now I've broken 19k on 3Dmark06, actually 19492 to be exact.

First I tried going for the gold and OC'ing the CPU to 3,825Ghz (1700FSB x 9), but as soon as I started the 3Dmark-test, up came the BSOD. So I lowered the FSB to 1600 and tried again, and it worked out great. The memory frequency was set at 1100 and the GFX at 770/1050. I'll try to run it at 3,8Ghz another day, but remember, I'm still on air-cooling. I'm pretty proud though.

Sli GTS's would beat it out big time in 3DMark though...

Go buy yourself another GTX just to get high benches and post in the Hwbot thread

Yup, that's right. Two XFX 8800GTS 512 (the new good ones, not the old less good ones)

If so that makes me feel better as i have the old “less good one” and just had another go and got 13803 3DMarks.
