Gutted, my 920 @4.15Ghz, HD4870 and RAM at 1600Mhz seems to have given me... an extra 50points! Still sitting at 17k for a Core i7, whats wrong??

27932 marks with 2x GeForce GTX 460 (192bit) at 862/1000MHz

Finally! 20k has been broken!

[hwbot] 24231 - Core i7 @3.5Ghz - GTX 570 @768Mhz - 6Gb DDR3 @1850Mhz - RampageIIExtreme [/hwbot]

Finally! I aimed to break 20k and 4Ghz in 2010, little late but the Core i7 can top 4.4Ghz (though not today..) and now my new GPU means I have broke 20k!

Odd thing is with the CPU at 2.6 and RAM 1066Mhz I only got 18k! Guess it loves the extra clocks

i7-2600K (turbo'd to 3.8), 2X2G Patriot 1600mhz temporary ram (dual), NH-D14 cooler, P8P67 Deluxe B3, ATI 5870 HD 1GB (stock speeds 850mhz) G-Skill SSD (slow)

24368 score

Just a temporary put together slowly replacing a dying i7-870 system with similar parts that's in my sig, that one scored the following

3DMark 06 Advanced (DX9 tests) averaged 144FPS lol

3DMark 06 Advanced - Default Settings - Score 23372

3DMark 06 Advanced - Maxed Settings - Score 19091

3DMark 2011(DX 10/11 tests) averaged 30FPS as normal

3Dmark 2011 - Default Settings - Score E6601

3DMark 2011 - Maxed Settings - Score X1500 something like that

sorry i only have 64bit systems so if that's wrong i appologize

That's a slightly low score for that bench. I got 27,000 when I ran my 5870 with a i7 950, both were heavily overclocked though. 64 bit will hold you back in these tests.

Nice effort though, and I'm glad to see you posting in this section
