Unless this has changed of resent, when your stripping to SSD drives TRIM no longer works so I'd look into how good the garbage collection is on these drives before going ahead with those. You might find that if the garbage collection is poor and you overfill the drives that the performance suffers to the point where you would have just been better off with a single 128GB drive. I'm not saying it's a bad idea, I'm just saying you might want to look into it if you haven't already.

Rest of it looks mint and you get bonus points from me for going with a Lian-Li case

No news on a Z68 Sabertooth as yet, but I'm sure we'll get one some day

There have been issues with the OCZ Vertex 3.

Also for the PSU is the AX850 W not a better deal? I chose that for my upcoming build. Did look at the CM though.

I wanted the AX850 initially, but I'm going with the 1000W because I might add another 580 lightning in the future. Plus I am going to OC almost everything. As with the Vertex 3, I may wait till the issue is fixed. I'm still in the process of saving for this build, so it wont be till the end of the year when I start buying. No issues with intel 510 or kingston v+100.
