How would you fault find a RAD?

How would you find out if your radiator is not functioning as it should be? I think I may have punctured some parts of my rad when I was screwing my fans on. I have been told that the fins are very delicate so more that likely they are vulnerable to being damaged.

In any case how would you go about fault finding?

I am a little paranoid at the moment but I am seeing little trickles of bubbles coming out from only the tubing that connects to the reservoir (from the rad)..? Is that normal?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Bubbles are normal for a while when you've just installed a system as air will tend to get trapped inside and will take a little while to clear. Have you inverted the radiator to try and get some of the air out? If there was a hole in the rad i'd assume you would see small amounts of water escaping due to the pressure inside the loop as opposed to bubbles being sucked in.

Fortunately I have found no liquid on the radiator or anywhere else, however since this is my first time I am curious about the Temp readings.

Is 27-28 degrees okay for a singly CPU loop water-cooled set up? I have a stock i5 2500K Processor running on default core speed (1596.3MHz)at x16 and it shifts like it would on default settings....

I haven't a clue about the room temp but its been hot the past couple of days in the UK
