For the most part every motherboard is going to be different in the setup of RAID. Usually you will have a RAID manager that appears after your initial BIOS POST screen which will tell you what keys to press to get in to setup mode. Once you're in setup mode it should be completely self-explainatory. Once you've selected which drives to RAID, and which RAID setup you are using, make sure you have a RAID floppy made up (can usually be created in that same menu) so that when you install Windows you can F6 at the beginning of the install and select the proper RAID drivers from the floppy you created.
Pretty easy stuff, like I said, what I explained is typical of most boards, some boards are a tad bit different but all follow the same basic steps.
