How to go over 1.212 volts?

Running gtx 780ti classy with skynet bios.
Limited to 1.212 volts using precision X.
Liquid cooled so idc about thermals. Wanna push card further. Stuck at

1,306 MHz with 1.212 volts. 47C

its a bit involved, but there is a patch you can run to allow 1.3v via msi afterburner...

well you need to either edit your bios. or download one.
then you need a older beta version of msi afterburner.
then you need to force that to allow 1.3v.
then you need to download an app that dissables llc and allows voltage change.

And personally id only do it if i was well water cooled. "even then i am watercooled and chose to just edit my bios to remove tdp, and not up the voltage."
