how can i down grade my bios from 1102 to 7001
Need a whole load more info to answer that mate.
But in general, if you have a mobo that's failing to flash the bios cos it says the one you have already is newer, there would be a "flag" like '-force' or similar for the comandline tool that will ignore your current bios and just flash anyway.
You'd need to be more specific on the mobo and method tbh.
Or use good old awdflash.exe in dos mode to do it and the mobo won't object.
This is what I've had to do before for people and haven't had any problems. (Using a DOS boot disk)
Most other utilities seem to error when trying to downgrade BIOS

Try downloading the older BIOS file from ASUS's website, un-zip that file, run the ASUS update utility, select update BIOS from file option, select the un-zip'd file and it'll install it.
I've updated BIOS like that
i ran asus update utility today, used the internet option and it didn't find the latest file wich is available in my motherboards download section. it found 3 versions so you might get a downgrade BIOS in the internet option
