How do I join? What are the best programs to use?

General questions really, don't have an Nvidia GPU anymore but I figured I might as well fold on the cpu because the pc is on quite a bit when I'm just browsing the net not really doing anything.

Hoping to get a 570 in the future though which should help!

So what do I need to do to get started? Can't remember if I already have a username on the redline team, or if it was an overclock3d team or something

You can use the Tracker and tell it to only Fold on the CPU,

but if the rig is on anyway, i would select the GPU as well....

No problem buddy , i was about to EDIT my post,

as you are much better off running the CPU on its own.. more PPD and less heat

The Ati card won't come near the PPD the CPU will get...

Started the tracker but when I clicked start CPU folding it just says disabled, the SMP starts though but doesn't do anything. Think I joined the team, I put in the team number in the manual configuration bit.
