Morning guys(and gals), not that new here, been a general info leach and lurker for a while and thought i should sign up for once

Just a bit of random info.

Im a general pc and 360 gamer and dabble in OCing.

Been OCing on and off for around 2 years ish.

Past Oc's:

Ive managed to get this rig to post and Prime 95 for 2+ hours @ 3.6 (not that impressive i know, ha) but running it at 3.0 24/7,

First machine i overclocked was my Athlon 64 x2 6000+, managed to get it to 3.2 (again nothing special but hey, was my first go)

Done a few others but cant really remember details,

Well, cant think of anything else to put that wouldn't just be babble so ill just shh,

Glad to have you aboard dude! Im sure we can help you push that OC, from your sig it just looks like cooling is the issue to me, as the mobo is a cracker

BTW in your profile you put P5Q black pearl, I changed it to K seeing as they didnt make a Q

Thanks tom, musta been a typo pulled an all nighter on halo so bit tired haha,

As for the cooling its stable at 3.6 temps are around 60-65 under max load but dont wana run at that temp 24/7.

Im planning on watercooling it once i get the money so ill be running it at what ever i get get it to then.

Thats pretty good for an AC tbh, they are good for £15 but cant cope with the heat of a quad all that well. WC will deffo be better, that mobo is also designed for it.

Wasnt my first choice but its working for now, only problem would be where to fit the pump and rad on my predator case, bit cramped tbh, ill grab some piccys later once i finish rebuilding it after my job interview this afternoon.
