Help with Realtek High Definition Audio Drivers

I have this driver installed and it is rely blurry when I uninstall it is fine but I was just wondering is there anything you can do about it or am I better off just uninstalling it.

The sound is blurry or your screen is blurry? I can't understand how audio drivers could affect your display, have you searched google with your issue? It might be a good idea to see if anyone else has encountered the same issue, they might have found a solution.
