Help with POST/RAID please

Hi. I have a GA-Z77X-UP5 TH.
I'm trying to set up RAID by smashing "CTRL + I" but it just boots right into Windows really fast. I tried disabling the splash screen so that I could see the RAID prompt but all I see is "American Megatrends" very briefly, no other text, then straight into Windows again. I'm using a USB keyboard, I've tried a second one with no joy and I don't have any PS2 ports on this board.

Can anyone help me get into the RAID menu please? I have set SATA mode to "RAID" in the BIOS.

Never mind... I tried reinstalling the BIOS and that fixed my issues. I still don't see any POST info though, apart from the Intel RAID screen.
