Help!!!!!virus

in 5 minutes infected files were over 4000 now itss down to 10 but this fuckin trojan theres no way i can find to delete it sometone help me out stupid norton is useless cuz well it says i need the full version and now every 5 mins my windowns explorer kees shutting down and theres amillion warnings about spyware in my PC

THE VIRUS OR TROJAN IS CALLED VBS.gaggle.E@mm

10 infected files that even norton couldnt fix and now my norton is down so u guys are all pors help me out plzzzzzzzz
 
nod32 is a virus scanner, the best one actually.

ok, restart your computer, and when are booting continually tap F8, until u get the option to boot into safe mode. oot into safe mode, and run every scan u can think of. then get back to us.
 
thats wat i did i went into safemode and did a full system scan with norton deleted most of the 4000 and now left with 10
 
yes system back to normal i cant thank you both enough FRAG-TEK and DAV0S and you too DEEPFRIED thank you all

now after this was fixed my net explorer's homepage is been changed to some blue crap that says warning ur computer system is still at risk (it says its comin from C:/secrue32.html)

and i deleted it but it keeps comin up i looked at the links it gives me its assosiated with some spy program tat automatically downloaded itself to my comp when the virus started

its called SPY-SHERIFF

i tried lookin for it in my add-remove but its not there any suggestions???

Download and run spybot search and destroy, lavasoft adaware SE, microsoft spyware blaster and remove all spywqare they find :)

You should also backup your valuable data and turn off system restore. Glad you liked NOD 32 all us MODS here use it. Download Pest Patrol trial for spyware nasty's. Moved the thread to the appropriate area as well :)
 
aite i my computer is 100% again something really wierd happened last night my explorer kept FAILING EVEN IN SAFE MODE!!!!!!!!!! i couldnt access my net eather because there was 1 file left infected

which was the main thing thats ben causing this when i went to scan it in both modes it would say FILE LOCKED CANNOT ACCESS so my antivirus would skip it (TALKIN ABT NOD 32 NORTON DIDNT EVEN DETECT IT) SO FOR FUTURE CASES SOMEONE PLZ TELL ME HOW TO DEAL WITH THIS I DID A FORMAT QUICLY CUZ WELL I COUDNT DO ANYTHIN BASICALLY my physics teacher told me to use command prompt next time( gotta learn to use that now)
