[Help] Ryzen won't overclock

Hi all,

I have a Ryzen 1400 coupled with an ASRock B350 Pro 4 (AGESA 1.06), 8Gbs of Team Vulcan RAM and a RX 570 graphics. I have been trying to OC the CPU and have largely been unsuccessful. It seems that using Ryzen master works with getting to 3.8ghz at 1.325v (seems to be stable with limited benching). However, the UEFI won't do crap. The B350 board is very limited to what I can manually adjust and setting the freq. to 3800mhz and voltage to 1.35 results in the PC not booting. I tried dropping down to 3.5ghz with same voltage, and still nothing- it just hangs. I've reset UEFI defaults so the ram is running at 2133, as well as turn off C6 and C state settings. Has anyone run into similar issues? I am able to get my ram to run at the rated 2666 @ CL14 with little issue, but the CPU eludes me.

Thanks.
