Hey all, I've got an issue. I'm entirely new to overclocking and the thing is, when I go into my BIOS and try to manually start overclocking I don't even know where to start. There's so many different voltage settings I can change, and a bunch of memory timings I'm not even gonna look at (cuz I'm scared lol) and I don't know where the FSB timimgs and w/e is for my processor. My board is the ASUS Striker II Formula, processor is the Pentium 4 640 (Prescott) 3.2GHz, memory is Crucial Ballistix DDR2-6400 PC2 800. Any help for a total n00b (THATS MEEE!! :) )would be much appreciated :D

You need to set ai overclock tuning to manual... Then it comes up with FSB and memory speed boxes, you need to enter a new fsb in the fsb box.. Fortunately using a striker means memory will stay the same speed.

I cant help you much more, i just sold my striker, and ive never used a striker II...
