Help!! New GD65 and 3570k but lost GPU

I have tried and tried everything I can think of but I cant get windows to find my video card. The only thing that works is the integrated stuff on the cpu. While its not bad its no GTX550Ti, nor a GTX260, neither of which can be found by windows.

Any clues how to shut off onboard graphics in hopes of getting a real GPU working?

There should be an option in the bios to disable onboard and go to discrete first, do you know if they work? Have you tried them in a different pc?

Had this very same problem last night on a GD55, when I was putting my machine together. Tried to install the graphics driver and was told no Asus graphics card installed.

Went into the BIOS and could not find any way of disabling the onboard GFX. Downloaded and installed the latest BIOS and viola ASUS card was now recognised.
