hi i've just purchased a Q-TEC PSU 650W TRIPLE FAN 24P

that psu is even weaker than my 380w antec is :/

can tell you a nice little story about q-tecs.

one company bought 10 computers, very basic no high end and a 300w decent psu would have managed the setups just fine.

the cases was equipped with q-tec 550w psu's.

after 3 months 3 of the psu's had failed and taken more or less the entire computers with them.

2 of the psu's however had started to burn and destroyed even the cases.

i will refrain from saying what i think about q-tec as i dont want my post to be moderated and im not joking.

if im not misstaken it only has 16a 12v.

q-tec doesnt even have the specs on their homepage and that says alot.

i get almost 3 q-tecs 650w for the same price as a highpower ocz or tagan costs.

I'm with everyone else on this one... GET RID OF IT QUICK BEFORE IT IGNITES!!!

At this point I'd be willing to suggest that you look at something a step above... Possibly an Enermax or a lower output Antec.
