bought one of these yesterday, fitted no problem, and all I want to do with it is control the speed of my "koolance pmp-400" pump, I installed the software that came with it, and just cant work it out at all, so I was wondering if anyone was using any other software to control the the above , which would make things a lot easier to use, many thx monstie

Problem Solved, thought the easy way out was asking the "experts" for advice, but reverted to RTFM, and all is well, many thx again monstie

Hi, I also just bought this device and received it yesterday. I bought it used and I am actually wanting to control a bank of fans on my radiator as 1 channel, 2 custom fans on my VRM heatsink as a 2nd channel and then the 2 200MM case fans as a 3rd and finally 2 120MM case fans as the 4th channel. I also want to purchase and hook up a flow meter to the bigng if I can get it to work first. Also before anyone says any remarks about the thing being or not being able to handle all of those fans I did the math using a watt, amp, voltage calculator and I am well below the wattage limit of 20 watts. Anyways I too am having some difficulties wondering if monstie had any luck or if anyone else knows anything about this. I was able to download the horrible alpha software/server and get it running at for just a short amount of time I was able to get an old version of HWM to see all 6 temperature probes and give readings on them. I saw the fans listed but no RPMs and for the time being I am just testing it with 2 fans one hooked up to one channel and one hooked into another channel. 'SO as of right now I am somewhat frustrated and am giving up for the night as I have already spent 2 HRs and accomplished very little.

RTFM should always be your first step mate lmao. Were here for after you tried RTFM and cant get it or something goes wrong. But in the long run glad ya got it sorted out.
