Help? Fractal arc midi r2

So I've just bought a fractal arc midi 2 as highly recommended from members on here. I received the case today very speedily from ebuyer.com I opened the box and the front dust filter mech was not clipped in after removing the packaging and trying to fit the cover back in it will not stay / click in it just pushes it self back out?
Is there a knack to putting it on or is it faulty? None of the tabs look broken???

Should let the bottom of the filter rest on the edge and then clip it in at the top.

If that doesn't work, check if any of the tabs are bent and either see if you can fix that or you'll have to send the thing back. Maybe you could contact Fractal and ask for a new front filter but I doubt they'd just send you one. Worth a shot though.

Thanks for the reply but not of the clips are bent when watching ttls video his makes a clicking sound where as mine doesn't. After a stressful day I was hoping to come home and do some therapeutic case swapping now its just mad a bad day worse.

Maybe the issue isn't the filter itself, but the part of the case where it has to clip into?
