WOAH! Look at the difference!

Cyber, you now have one of the coolest rooms. :)

That old carpet was horrible! :p

aye, not only that, it was like an inch thick, so things like doors got kinda sticky.

took a 6 man team to lift and move that carpet, its now in the conservatory until we decide wtf to do with it lol.

burn it!

room is looking very nice tho mate :)

its amazing what difference just opening the curtains made lol

Lol, that was my 1st thought too.

Nice looking room now. Can i be nosy and ask what you think of that mouse mat?

for once i'll have to throw away my misconception that mouse mats are useless and say that its awesome.

it has really helped with accuracy in games, and tbh, its nice to have a large surface that isn't cluttered (it just kinda creates a boundary box for your mouse).

so id say.......GET IT! lol.

i got mine in Brasil, grossly overpriced, but meh.

here are some preliminary shots of the speaker system

its one hell of a mess atm, but thats because I'm testing them before i string them up (bit pointless making it all look tidy and neat and then finding out they don't work lol)

(PC is open due to me having to change the jumpers around for the S/PDIF).

only real bit of speaker cabling one can find.......due to a change of plans, we had like 2 meters of wiring left

the fronts are bi-wired, and there is no bass going to the rears.

im leaving my fronts + center to do the bass. It's doin a damn good job of it as well
