Hello everyone, My name is Seumas, im from the Isle of lewis(tenner goes to anyone whos actually heard of it).
I have been watching TTL's videos on youtube for quite a while now and have browsed the forums a few times but have only just signed up.
I have been a member of the toms hardware forums for a while but I have gotten a bid fed up of the lack of a community there and having to answer the exact same questions all the time.
I have always liked computers and have been interested in the software side for a few years, Nothing major just a bit of visual basic programming.
My brother got me into the hardware side of it midway through 2011 and I have been building my rig ever since, Started off by buying a 30 quid small form factor dell computer on ebay, It had 4gb of ram, Pentium D, Intel motherboard and no graphics card. I then picked up a cheap HD 6670 and then got a Core 2 duo e6750 and my brother gave me a spare case he had and a decent motherboard, I then made a bit of a mistake, I wanted to upgrade to DDR3 so I sold my Motherboard and bought a new one. I then found out that it didt support overclocking witch meant that my new HD 5770 was being seriously bottlenecked, I have now got a new 1155 motherboard and I am going to buy a cheap Pentium G840 and then when I come into some money I am going to get a 2500k and a HD 6870.
