Hello I am not new to the forums I read them allot. But it has come time for my to build a new rig.

This post is more for help with getting the right bit for the right job. This would be for high end game and some office work some times

Corsair AX760i Digital ATX '80 Plus Platinum' Modular Power Supply

Corsair Dominator PLATINUM 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 PC3-15000C9 1866MHz

CM Storm Trooper Full Tower Gaming Case - Black

Corsair Hydro H100i High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler

I have not long got a new Graphics 7970

I am look for help to see what I could make better with this rib I am looking to spend up 1000 to 1500 as need to last up to 3 years

Welcome to the forums, mate

Only thing I'd say is that you're overspending on some components:

Mainboard:
You're off just as well with something like an MSI GD65 or MPower motherboard.

RAM:
With the platinums you really pay for the looks, so they're kind of overpriced.

Other than that it looks good. You might want to wait until the summer though, that's when Haswell comes out which will use a new socket (1150). If you buy this 1155 setup, you will be stuck with what you have as there is no CPU upgrade possible.

in the passed i not had much luck with the msi board

and if a mod can move this post to the right place would be good
