The only thing keeping me away is the controls on PC. I've already heard they're awkward, game is better suited to a controller, etc. Same thing I heard about the Witcher 3 and that turned out to be bang on, so I'd be hesitant to buy this. God how I hate console ports! Too bad though, this one looks like it's EXCEPTIONALLY well done, with a great (and unique) story / setting / character.
Witcher 3 controls are awful on PC. Couldn't bring myself to play past 1 hour with those controls. I hated every minute of it. Combat was beyond awful, as was most of that entire interface. I'm in the minority I know.Witcher 3 is fine without a controller. It plays better without one. I used a controller and it was setup nice but I prefer the keyboard.
Jesus boobie masturbating thinger. So it turns out this game is tougher on my GPU than any benchmark I own. Even an hour of heaven put me at 74c (OC max). Then I ran this. 78....80...84...86
86c ! On water ! Have turned down the overclock. This game keeps the GPU jammed at 99%. Got the temps down to 74c now which I can live with. Not terribly pleased, but then the Titan XP is a friggin hot son of a bench.
Can't get into the game though sadly. I can't hear what the whispers are saying during her psychosis and even with headphones on words sound like other words, making me run around in circles for 45 mins and then giving up.
I just don't get some games. It's an autism thing I think.
What card is that?I have settings maxed out and it doesnt rise over 55C for me with a 1080ti.
