HD4850 random black flickering

On my HD4850, sometimes I get this random black screen flicker going on. It'll flicker with a few horizontal lines across the screen then go black for a second then be fine. This seems to happen totally at random, I can game fine, run crysis on very high 2xAA with no artifacting. It started the first time i tried GPU folding on this card, its only about a week old you see, but im gpu folding rite now with ATItool running to check for artifacts and everythin is fine. Been chechikng for nearly 3 hours and no probs. When it does happen it doesnt last long, 5 mins or so if that and is fine again. Think it might be the power supply?

what are your PSU 12V rails i saw this happening to my 9600 gt when i was playing crysis it also would flicker and then come back it was the psu which was dying its worth a look when i swapped the psu for this Corsair PSU the flickering was gone so it could be your power supply or the card itself but i doubt that

Which version of the catalyst drive your using? I have installed farcry2 fix since I had the same issue with palit 4870 1gb dual sonic and crysis warhead, but got solved with this fix. Google for the fix and give it a try.
