Try reseating the processor and checking the sticks for any dust etc. A number of people on here (with 1366 setups) had this problem with one of the sticks showing up to windows but not in the bios, and then having a chunk "hardware reserved". Also look at the CPU socket and see if there are any bent pins. If there are any, carefully bend them back.

Yeah I have seen what Diablo said on a few sites now that solved this issue. Have you actually checked the CPU and socket?

Now I'm worried. People saying only 1-2 MB reserved. Mine is 137 at current. Not as high as OP but still more then 2
Apparently some can be reserved for video memory
The fact that Windows can see the RAM, but is unable to use it, indicates an unsupported RAM configuration. That usually means you have the wrong RAM sticks.
by "Wrong" i mean unsupported.. have you checked your motherboards RAM compatibility list? Lastest BIOS installed? i would have said the sticks are fine.
also are u sure they sent you the 1.5V versions? i ordered some 1.5V and got sent the 1.35 set? not that this would really cause the problem, just thinking of another wierd explanation to it

the memory isn't on the memory supporter list from msi's website.
the list also doesn't have 1600mhz results?

The Vengeance RAM you have though is basically just the same as any other Vengeance but with a different heat spreader though isn't it? I mean, it's not totally new memory, at least not that I'm aware.
Looks like either some weird compatability issue with this motherboard, or a duff chip. Have you tried the chips one at a time to see if you can get them to run individually with the correct timings?
Just seems weird it'd not be supported fully at what are rather relaxed timings and only 1600mhz.
Still, if you can get it working at 1333 in the mean time at least you have a working PC. Though it'd bug the hell out of me.
