Hi, how are you guys doing. I just got done with a quick build for a client and thought I should start sharing. I am very open to constructive criticisms so, if you see something that could make it look/perform better, please feel free.
Intel i7-4770K Overclocked to 4.4GHz
Gigabyte GA-Z87-D3HP Motherboard
Corsair H110 Cooler in Push/Pull
32GBs of Patriot Viper III DDR3-1866 Memory
PNY XLR8 GTX 760 2GB Graphics Card
500GB Samsung 840 EVO SSD Drive
Corsair HX750 Power Supply
Corsair Air 540 Case
NZXT 140mm Fans with white blades
Logisys 12 Inch Cathode tube(White)
I absolutely love the working in this case. It really does have loads of room for anything you could try to throw in.
The one thing I would change in future builds with this case would be the use of a full modular power supply. It'll make things just that much easier to deal with on the dirty side...
I built this system to be a good video editor but it evolved into an editor/gaming build. It started its life with an Nvidia GTX 650 Ti Boost but was quickly upgraded to the GTX 760 you see in the pics.
Here are a few shots of the completed system(Sorry for the crappy Cell Phone PICs)
Things I came across during the build:
The Front panel connectors were just a hair too short to run under the motherboard.
The H110 in Push Pull with the tubing going towards the rear fan resulted in the rear 140mm fan blades rubbing on the tubing. I reversed it which solved the clearance issue.
To get the best cable management possible, a modular PS should be used.
If you have any criticisms on requests for more pictures...let me know and I'll post them quick!
