Hacked up my CM690 today..

w00t. Me and my Dad took it outside and chopped it up. A little nasty around the edges but it was a quick jigsaw job, and we knew it'd be covered up.

Is the Dtek supposed to be sideways like that? I thought it had to be the correct way up (as in the word Dtek goes horizontal the right way up)

It doesn't matter. I put it that way so the exit barb was at the top left so there would be no chances of a bubble forming up towards the top. This is the way you used to have to mount the MCW6002 as well.

I really fancy getting one of those cases and am semi-intrested in watercooling in the future.. Where did you have the rad before, outside the case Im guessing? And could I stick the pump on the shelf kind of bit in the 5 inch drive bay?

Thanks guys. It's pretty hard to cut through thin steeled mesh because it bends extremely easily. Solid steel would've been a lot easier.
