Hi there, doe's anyone know how i can tell if my pumps runing? is there a way to monitor it some how? i'am new to all this so any advise is helpful.

Chances are that if you are using it right now and its cooling thats its on. Also the lights on there should tell you

Yeah most of the later built units worked like they were supposed to as Corsair had figured out the bug and corrected it. I made sure I had one of the later lot numbers on mine and Ive got a silent running pump too. Love mine. Cooling on the lowest setting and its extremely quiet despite having to cool this heat pump of a CPU I have. ;)

Yeah, even if you don't have a software that tells you if the pump is working, you can tell by the temperatures. Even an CPU at idle can overheat fast if not cooled properly or at all. So get HWMonitor or Speedfan or if your motherboard has one of those utilities that shows from voltage to temps and frequencies, use that.

if you followed the instruction on the installation, the single wire plugs into the
CPU_FAN header. you can monitor this in the BIOS (UEFI) through CPU_FAN speed.

speed should be 1900-2200rpm
