H100 pump dead?

I understand the H100 is not real WC, but i think it is best asked here.

Ok, i have a real problem with my H100, it seems to not be able to cool my CPU reasonably passed 1.3V or so under heavy load (OCCT)

As soon as i break passed 1.3V, the temps rocket really high, at 1.29v, i max out at 67c, at 1.32V, i max at 80c+....

Here is a piccy of my setup, nothing is stopping the H100 from running correctly, as far as i am aware....

I understand that the radiator needs optimal fans to perform well enough, but my fans are both Phobya Gsilent WC fans, 1500RPM, the density of the rad is not really thick for these fans imo....

Any help would be fantastic.

Pump should be below rad. Any air at all in the loop would cause a dry pump with your setup. Gravity would assure coolant flow to pump.

Ok, i have remounted the cooler, i have also places some rubber washers behind the bracket to make a tighter fit, i replaced the fresh EVGA frostbite paste with Tuniq TX-2, now i am 71c under load at 1.29V 4.5GHZ

Rad is now mounted on top of my chassis through the exhaust fan, no where else to mount a H100 in an RV02-B.....

Exact same temps as they were with it on the bottom of the case...

With rad on top at least your safe. Temps seem OK to me for a 4.5 clock with H100.
I'd say close it up and go kill. I have my folding rig on an h100 24/7 at 4.3/1.175v
at 60c. I will add and you can quote me on this. The H100 mounting hardware does not apply enough pressure to cpu heat spreader.
