H100 Modding help

hey guys, first time poster here looking for professional advice

i have been reading this post here http://www.evga.com/forums/tm.aspx?m=1221291&mpage=1 which talks about someone who modded his Corsair H100 to add a reservoir loop

i went ahead and purchased everything i need to copy his setup, and i'm planning to follow the same guide he followed at http://www.electronicspub.com/article/23/3/Corsair-H70-mod-guide.html

however i have one question, how can i determine which barb on the H100 block pump is for Inlet and which is for Outlet?

someone correct me if i'm wrong, but don't i want the loop to go: Reservoir Out to Blockpump In - Blockpump Out to Radiator In - Radiator Out to Reservoir In

i've located the inlet and outlet on the reservoir but locating the correct inlet and outlet on the H100 blockpump seems to be key for optimal performance and i want to be sure which is which

i'm new to this so please any and all help is welcome in any shape or form

I have everything except my kill coil hasnt arrived yet.. is it safe to run the loop for a few days before adding the kill coil?

Just connect two pieces of hose to the pump. Put both ends in water and turn it on. Remove one of the hoses from the water, if nothing comes out put it back in the water and remove the other hose.

I wouldn't put it all together and run it only to have to take it apart/drain to add the kill coil. If you don't mind the work, go for it though.
