GTX770 or 280x?

I am building my new pc, after 7 years! I found an Gigabyte 280x for 290 euros, with BF4 included. On the Other hand i am considering 315(Asus DCII)-330(MSI Gaming) euros 770gtx... which one would you suggest? I am going to render a lot and so i will get i5 4670k over FX8350. THe question is, what about the graphics card? On the other hand G-Sync will do the difference but will the FreeSync catch up? What if it end up like BulletPhysics or whatever it was called?

I'd get the 280X, because it's cheaper and you get a free copy of BF4. Although it really comes down to personal preference, the two cards pretty much match each other for performance.

As for things like G-Sync/Free-Sync, I wouldn't worry too much about them right now, since it's very early days yet. For instance, I was going to get a new monitor this year but I think I might hold off until technologies like G-Sync are more mature.

Thats a point of view... I will get the 280x as well! Thanks m8, it is a real bargain at this moment, and i am dunning g41 intel integrated graphics accelerator so yea, i am despperate for some performance and the 280x is that exactly!

280X imo. Cheaper and marginally better performance.
