"overclocking the shit out of something" doesn't go very well with "needs to be cheap" imo.

GPU: I'd upgrade that a bit to a MSI HD 7850 Twin Frozr OC
MB: any Z77 m-itx board will do the job, for serious oc: Asus P8Z77-I Deluxe
CPU: 3570k is more than enough
Case: BitFenix Prodigy
Ram: 8GB Corsair Vengeance
PSU: Any decent brand 500w
SSD: unless you really need all that storage get a 240GB ssd
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 412S

I know you said IMO , but that is not true at all,
i have had cheap ass GPU's that overclock the snot out of it,

hence i even can't remember a GPU that didn't

The H100 is great !! so that one ! because you asked ha ^_^

I said that more because of cpu oc as the asus m-itx board is very expensive so is the h100, you're right the new generation gpus seem to oc very well

Aaa yea my bad mate, i thought you ment the GPU...
and i just answered the 80 vs 100 :)

Will you get a H-100 in a Prodigy case OK? Also... needs to be cheap != closed loop water cooling. Any amount of cheap air coolers that can do the job for an OK OC. Memory; if you want it cheap, get GeIL. I'd go for a Seagate barracuda HDD if you need the space, SSD if you don't (if you only play a few driving sims, even a 120 GB drive would be enough for the OS and a couple of games, easily).

Yes it fits, he just has to remove the the dvd drive mount. SnW just said he should get the h100 over the h80, which is a good idea however i'd also save $50 and just get a nice aircooler. A mate had terrible experience with GeIL and any ram is quite cheap, so i recommended the same ram I and the friends I built rigs for use: Corsair vengeance 1600 8gb

As for the heatsink idea - on ITX boards if you put a large heatsink as suggested on - it will cover over the pcie lane so you couldn't use a graphics card...

In the prodigy, if you're using it for a gaming rig, you really need to be using an H100 IMO. The H80, and all the other hydro series look stupid in the rear I think

maybe something like this?

sorry i forgot the cpu cooler... price is now $939.00
