Hey guys, so I'm getting a 780 Ti in the new year and now i got to pick what one i want, I've found that the phantom s pretty good for the money but I'm worried that its 2.5 slot design won't fit in my Bitfenix case when I go to LAN party's. The card will mainly live in my 650D build but I'd like the option to take this beast out. :)

I doubt you can, but even if it's possible; the card won't get any air if you have a windowed side panel.

I should have said, it's a vented side panel, but that's a shame, I could buy a second panel and just mod it to fit but too much hassle?

Its no different internally to the Prodigy - so just research photos of that to see - hell you could even look at our reviews and videos :o

Unless that's done (really) well it'll probably just look funny. I've never seen anyone put a Phantom series card into a Bitfenix ITX case so I doubt it can.

You can always try (and report back with the result) if you're getting the card anyway. Otherwise I'd say it's better to be safe than sorry and get a different one.

Reviews might help as Tom has stated :)

This is about the Prodigy?

Well I've been looking at pictures and the gap between the panel and second slot looks like the cooler will be right against the panel. I'll measure the gap when I get home, I'm just trying to make sure I've got all my bases covered on this one!
