Hi! I've read a few guides on 780 overclocking, and a few of them start by increasing Power Target. Well, in my case that has no effect, I can leave it at 100% and bump both offsets to +200 and run happily there without any throttling. No need for overvolting either. Am I missing something? Is it only used for *heavy* overlock? Thanks.
