GTX 750 Ti difference?

I am looking to pick up a cheap GTX750Ti 2GB and I was wondering if there is any difference between the versions -

I am looking at the Inno3D GTX750Ti 2GB

vs the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB

I dont care about the cooler so is the difference just the base clocks?? No more special or better fetures for better OC witht he more expensive version? As I said - the cooler is NOT important.

In my opinion there's nothing different, both are the same GPU with different branding, OC doesn't matter as you can do it by yourself.

Regarding the cooler I would go for the Gigabyte one personally, but it just about aesthetics as the 750ti should run cool and quiet in any case :)

Heyyo,

Inno3D? They only do ONE year warranty on non-chill edition cards. The Chill edition cards are THREE year warranty. That's the difference. Gigabyte offers three years on all their GPUs.

It's kinda sketchy when you can't even find warranty info on their website eh? lol. I found it via Google... well, as long as this is accurate:

That might have been true in the past but its a bit different now. My reference 780Ti is a Inno3d and it says 3 year warranty in the booklet that came with it. I'm almost certain that its a 2 year warranty for the more basic low end inno3D cards now.
