After installing the "Geforce Experience" software my 680 is constantly at its boost clock, I uninstalled GFE and the drivers, Did a clean re-install of the latest non beta drivers and the boost clock still wont idle.
Anyone know anything about this ?

Hmm. I had an issue with PX that clocked my cards to 1380mhz lol. Unsurprisingly my rig just crashed as soon as it got to desktop.

Yes, But i've uninstalled it since and the clock is still ramped up :-/

Try reinstalling EVGA Precision then use it to check your voltage and set it back to stock. Once confirmed your voltages are okay, remove Precision.

I had a few issues with Precision and it's numerous bugs. For example, if I use K-Boost (with the associated reboots, made worse with SLI) the gpu usage graph that I use in Rainmeter would stop working. I removed Precision to see if that was the problem (it was), and my voltages were still locked, despite Precision not even being installed.

I had to reinstall it, put everything back to normal then get rid of EVGA Precision.
