GTX 580 vs 560 Ti in terms of audio?

I am aware that the 560 Ti can bitstream HD audio such as DTS-HD MA, Dolby TrueHD etc.

But that aside, if I have my GPU connected directly to my HDTV via HDMI,

will there be any difference in audio quality between a 560 Ti and a GTX 580?

Will bitstreaming play a part in the audio quality if only connected to my HDTV?

Or is it just to do with the onboard HD audio?

I believe the audio will have the same quality since its digital. Not so shure about the bitstreaming, (Don't actually know what it is xD) Someone else might be able to answer that for you
