Hi,
The EVGA card looks like the older reference design. Personally I have one Palit GTX 570 of that design and it works well, however it runs hotter and is noisier than the newer reference design.
My 2nd GTX 570 is an Inno3D card and is the newer reference design (also known as the 570 HD) which has a larger central fan and a conventional heat-pipe based cooler rather than the original vapour chamber design. This newer cards runs cooler (5-6c under load) and fair bit quieter. It does however dump a lot of it's hot air into the case, whereas the older design dumps it out the back. This issue is solved using a side extrator fan in my case.
The other card looks good, and has an excellent cooler, but it's a huge 3-slot design which might compromise SLI in the future. Personally, if I were buying now, I'd be looking at a pair of cheaper reference designed GTX 570 HD's & SLI'ing them. I think the KFA 570's are at a good price point at the moment, though I cannot recall if they have a 2 or 3 slot cooler - though I imagine there are different models.
Good luck with whatever you decide.
