GTX 570 sli

570's in crossfire would be fantastic without a doubt. But if I were you I would get a 580 and save some money for the time being. Then when prices started to drop or if you weren't happy with the performance of a single 580, drop another one in your build. But if you go for two 570's now there is no real room for improvement without upgrading the cards.

I don't see a need for improvement over 2x GTX 570 anytime soon. And by the time there is need for improvement you will have to buy a newer generation card anyways.

570 crossfire?

Does anyone know a site which compares 2xGTX 570's and the crossfire 6970's? I know the GTX is better single card but those crossfired 6970's are amazing.

Stil better off with the 570s dude.

Cheaper, Physx, CUDA, cooler, quieter.. The list goes on.

Still I would like to be able to compare the two, as far as the 6970's are in crossfire I would think they are comparable to 2 GTX 580's. Any idea if OC3D will be doing an SLI review for either the 570's or 580's?
