yea yea i know google but id rather ask you guys cause ya know your bored anyways

so yea i have a gigabyte gtx 560 ti soc @950mhz (which was unstable, backed down to 935MHz) voltage is 975mV

whats my headroom with that voltage?

think i can get the card to 1GHz?

any suggestions?

oh and can companies even tell if you OC or not? i really dont care for voiding warranty but just checkin lol

I have my asus gtx560 ti running 955mhz @ 1100mv. I have hit performance wall.

But yours running 935mhz @ 975 mv is good. 1100mv should be safe, and just go for 1000mhz+

Max is as said before i think 1100mv really Just make sure you watch your temps, should be fine.

If it was me though i would prefer less volts so less heat, just find a gd oc that you can use for normal use

benching wise though max it out just be careful

yea i probably wont OC till i get a new monitor

on a 1440x900 one so this card destroys every game

but once i get a 1920x1080 monitor ill be going for 1Ghz

seems like 975mV is good for 935Mhz stable ill google around and see what voltages the 1Ghz have

Is 1100 mV the absolute max for 24/7 use or do you think i could push my gtx 560 hawk to 1150 and still be safe because then i can go a lot further past 1ghz

The Hawk is a bloody good card and has the Twin Frozr III cooler so you will be safe with 1150mV if you keep the fan in it's high RPM's 75%++
