Ive noticed an issue since doing a clean install, my GTX1080 is running at 1607/11000 in desktop and is not lowing its clocks at idle. I cant work out what is causing this ive installed the latest drivers and have disabled the overclock and troed all 3 power states in the NVidia control panel.
Found the problem and fixed it, for anyone else who may have this issue it was caused by corsair link 4 running in the background.
