GTA V PC is on Amazon(.de)!

It just says it's not yet available, shame it hasn't got a date on it. Even if it did though, it wouldn't necessarily be correct.

Can't wait for this on PC. I played it to death on PS3 and I'm pretty sure I'll do the same on PC lol :)
 
I loved GTA IV on PC, especially modding. Custom vehicles and such but after a few months I grew tired of it until I tried again with ENB.

I hope the same happens with GTA V.
 
Not the first time it popped up on a site, this lists Rockstar as the seller though so maybe we've got an announcement incoming soon?

Weird how it only says Windows 7/ Vista...

I hope so anyway, Rockstar would be stupid not to release it on PC though. No doubt they will release it for Xbox one and PS4 as well.
 
Amazon are known to put these "Place holders" in place for upcoming (announced) titles, so this may just be a mistake, seeing as GTA V hasn't officially been announced for the PC. I'm hoping it has been announced in some capacity and only a select few know about it (namely Amazon :D).
 
i read something about march not too long ago? also there was some leaked footage which was legit i think. either way, i waited 4 months, i can wait another 2 or 3.
 
tbh they'll probably milk it on next-gen first for about 6 months (they'd be stupid not to) before the release hits PC... makes the most market-sense really
 
This game will surely need some good hardware to play it maxed out on PC. Even on PS3 the game looks great, but with so much going on I can only imagine it being a killer on PC.

Doubt I'll buy it on PC aswell, just picked up on it again for console, really should of had it completed months ago.
 
I'm more excited about the multiplayer on pc than anything else.I finished the single player on console anyway.
 
Seeing as PS4 and XB1 are so close to a PC in terms of technology *Not speed or power before someone shouts at me ^_^*

Hopefully this means it will be optimized :)

It has to be optimised if they are doing one for next gen consoles. R* can't do the normal thing of changing a few entries in the code and expecting you to have a PC powerful enough to brute force its way through. The new consoles are basically AMD cpus, i.e. they only perform well if there is decent optimization(such as using all the cores).
 
I imagine it will be better than the GTA4 port due to the volume of community backlash. Personally I doubt we'll see next-gen versions appear, at least not for a while after the PC release. R* (I hope) will be taking the time to port the game properly. I'm really looking forward to this - GTAV is the only reason that my 360 is still tucked away behind my monitor. It's a technical feat to have got so much out of so little with the consoles, and the PC release should be incredible. Hoping to have my rig done just in time, if the March 18th release rumour is right.
 
I never really got into the multiplayer anyway; I tried it for a while, and I just didn't have as much fun as single player. I think I might get my PS3 out to have a play around tonight :)
 
Have they actually announced it yet?

It seems it's all but announced from Rockstar at this stage. :p
