Maybe you remember the thread I made about my brother getting a new graphics card(s)? Well, his 4890, or we assume it is because of his 4890, is acting kinda weird.
In BF: BC2 all the dust effects and such are gone, he says it looks like BF2 graphics wise, and the view distance is set so he can see across the map like in Counter Strike: Source. And he has two screens and the one he uses to have his temperatures and such on (Yes he's a geek. Probably like the rest of us.
) goes black when he tries to play BF: BC2.
We have no clue what the cause of this is, thus I'm writing this. Do any of you know what it can be? Is it the graphics card? He tried to turn off HBAO/HABO (W/e) and it went back to normal, but when he tried to play it later again the same as before happened. He has reinstalled Windows with no success. He ran verify steam files with no success.
Any one know what the problem might be?
EDIT: Note that this does not happen with any of the other games he's tried. Sadly, one of those games are Black Ops... -.-
