I'm going to start making some of my own Wallpapers in Fireworks. Here's my 1st go: so don't be too harsh on me.

Dave or anyone with Fireworks knowledge: how do I soften the edges of a selection I've cut into a file: to make the edges less pixeled/smoother?

Imma gonna be firing up Adobe Photoshop soon so its gonna be fun getting to know that too

with difficulty in fireworks, learn photoshop, its easier in there

Thanks mate. Just copied manually off a pic I have with maa mouse - quite hard to do but Art Pre-GCSE has taught me well Positioning of the eyes, nose, eyebrows is the hardest IMHO

Anyway when I have some more spare time I'll try to get Adobe PS going and get it cleaner and smoother and add some more stuff to it
