Gpu overheat protection

Is there a any program in windows 7 that allow me to configure so that incase my GPU's overheat the PC will go into sleep mode or shut off?

With the stock-bios on your graphics-card it should be doing this by itself.

Incase pump failure watercooling really does not help me.

well tbh your system should shut down before any harm is caused, like a fail safe
